4. Right of withdrawal

6.2 If it is found that the delivered product is faulty, defective or incomplete, the consumer must (before starting the return to the entrepreneur) report these defects in writing to the entrepreneur within 60 days after the defect was discovered. The goods must be returned in the original packaging (including accessories and accompanying documentation). 6.3 If the consumer's complaint is found to be well-founded by the entrepreneur, the entrepreneur will repair or replace the delivered goods at no cost to the consumer. 12. Retention of title
