1. Who are we?

2. What data do we process?

We process only the personal data you provide to us yourself, or data necessary for fulfilling your order:

  • Contact and billing information: name, address, postcode, city, country, e-mail, phone (optional).
  • Order information: products ordered, order amount, order date, order number.
  • Payment information: processed by our payment provider (see chapter 5). We do not receive full credit card or bank account numbers ourselves.
  • Communication: messages you send us via e-mail or contact form.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, click behaviour and cookies (see chapter 6).

3. What do we use your data for?

We process your personal data for the following purposes and on the legal bases stated (GDPR art. 6):

4. How long do we keep your data?

  • Order and billing data: 7 years (Swedish and EU accounting retention).
  • Customer contact data: for the duration of the customer relationship plus 2 years after the last order.
  • Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.
  • Technical logs: no longer than 12 months.

5. Sharing with third parties

We share your personal data only with service providers required to deliver our services:

  • Shopify Inc. (Canada) — hosting of the webshop and payment processing via Shopify Payments. Shopify acts as a processor and has appropriate security measures and standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the EU.
  • PostNord (Sweden/Denmark/Netherlands) — delivery of your order.
  • Swedish Tax Agency / Skatteverket — where required by law for tax obligations (including VAT/OSS reporting).
  • Google Analytics (if enabled) — anonymised visitor statistics used to improve the website.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Cookies

Our webshop uses cookies to enable essential functions (shopping cart, login, language preference) and for statistics.

On your first visit our cookie banner asks for your consent for non-essential cookies. You can change these preferences at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the page.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we process about you (art. 15);
  • Have incorrect data corrected (art. 16);
  • Have your data erased ("right to be forgotten", art. 17);
  • Request restriction of processing (art. 18);
  • Request data portability (art. 20);
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest (art. 21);
  • Withdraw consent (art. 7(3)) without this affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

8. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful processing. The webshop runs on Shopify's secure infrastructure, with encrypted traffic (TLS/SSL), regular security updates and access control.

9. Transfer outside the EU

Some of our service providers (including Shopify) process data outside the European Economic Area. For these transfers we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards in line with chapter V GDPR.
