1. Definitions
- Seller: Inority AB, registered in Sweden under company number 559142672-01, VAT number SE559142672001, with registered office at Fru Gustavas väg 6, SE-653 46 Karlstad, Sweden.
- Webshop: the online store operated by the Seller, accessible at theswedishgiftshop.com.
- Customer: any natural or legal person placing an order through the Webshop.
- Consumer: a Customer who does not act in the course of a business or profession.
- Agreement: the sales contract between the Seller and the Customer.
2. Applicability
2.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers made by the Seller and to every Agreement concluded between the Seller and the Customer.
2.2 Any deviation from these terms is only valid if expressly agreed in writing.
2.3 By placing an order the Customer confirms having read and accepted these terms.
3. Offers and formation of the Agreement
3.1 All offers in the Webshop are non-binding and valid while stocks last.
3.2 The Agreement is formed at the moment the Customer has placed the order and the Seller has confirmed it by e-mail.
3.3 The Seller is entitled to refuse orders or to impose additional conditions. If an order is refused or cancelled, any amount already paid will be refunded without delay.
3.4 Obvious mistakes or errors (such as typing errors in prices) do not bind the Seller.
4. Prices
4.1 All prices are in euros (EUR) or Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.
4.3 The Seller reserves the right to change prices. The price applicable at the time of order is binding.
5. Payment
5.1 Payment is made through Shopify Payments. Supported payment methods are shown at checkout and may include iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Klarna and Apple/Google Pay.
5.2 The order is dispatched only after full payment has been received.
5.3 In the event of late or missing payment the Seller reserves the right to terminate the Agreement and/or to charge collection costs.
6. Delivery
6.1 Orders are shipped by PostNord.
6.2 Expected delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of shipment to all destinations within the European Union and the United Kingdom. Stated times are indicative and not fixed deadlines.
6.3 Shipping costs are: - € 7.90 per order to countries within the EU and the UK; - 39 SEK per order within Sweden.
6.4 The risk of damage and/or loss of products passes to the Customer upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
6.5 If an order cannot be delivered within 30 days for any reason, the Customer is entitled to terminate the Agreement free of charge and receive a refund of any amount already paid.
7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
7.1 The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day after the Consumer, or a third party indicated by the Consumer, has taken physical possession of the product.
7.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal the Consumer must send an unambiguous statement to info@theswedishgiftshop.com before the end of the withdrawal period. The model withdrawal form (see the separate page "Right of withdrawal") may be used.
7.3 The Consumer must return the product within 14 days of the withdrawal statement to the return address:

7.4 The cost of the return shipment is borne by the Consumer, unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.
7.5 The product must be returned in the same condition as received — unused, undamaged and, where possible, in the original packaging. The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
7.6 The Seller will refund the purchase amount including the original standard shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
8. Warranty and conformity
8.1 The statutory warranty applies to all products: the product must conform to what the Customer may reasonably expect. For consumer sales within the EU, a 2-year statutory warranty applies.
8.2 If a product does not conform to the Agreement, the Customer must report this within a reasonable time (no later than 2 months) after discovery, via info@theswedishgiftshop.com.
8.3 In case of a justified complaint the Customer is entitled to — in this order — repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the Agreement.
9. Complaints
9.1 Complaints about the performance of the Agreement can be submitted via info@theswedishgiftshop.com. The Seller will respond within 14 days.
9.2 If Consumer and Seller cannot reach agreement, the Consumer can submit the dispute to the ODR platform of the European Commission: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Liability
10.1 The Seller's liability for damages arising out of or in connection with the Agreement is limited to a maximum of the invoice amount of the relevant order.
10.2 The Seller is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits or missed savings.
10.3 The above limitations do not apply in case of intent or gross negligence on the part of the Seller and do not limit the mandatory rights of the Consumer.
11. Force majeure
11.1 The Seller is not obliged to fulfil any obligation if performance is prevented by force majeure, including: interruptions at PostNord or other suppliers, transport delays, epidemics, fire, natural disasters, war, cyber attacks and government measures.
12. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights (including copyright, trademark rights and design rights) in the Webshop, product photos, texts and logos belong to the Seller or its licensors. Without prior written consent, none of this may be used.
13. Personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy (see separate page).
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
14.1 All Agreements are governed by Swedish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country of the Consumer's habitual residence.
14.2 Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Karlstad, Sweden, unless a mandatory legal provision designates another competent court.
15. Changes
The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms. Terms in force at the time of order remain applicable to Agreements already concluded.
