Refund policy

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period

The 14-day period starts on the day after you — or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier — have taken physical possession of the product. If your order contains multiple products with different delivery dates, the period starts on the day you receive the last product.

How to withdraw

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send an unambiguous statement before the end of the withdrawal period to:

What happens after your withdrawal?

  1. We confirm receipt of your withdrawal statement.
  2. Within 14 days of your statement you send the product back to the return address:

  1. The cost of the return shipment is borne by you, unless the delivered product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.
  2. You are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
  3. We will refund all payments you have made (including the original standard shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund is made using the same payment method as your original transaction.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others:

  • Products that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised;
  • Products which after delivery are inseparably mixed with other items;
  • Sealed products which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and have been unsealed after delivery;
  • Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Since we predominantly sell non-personalised gifts, textiles and woodware, the right of withdrawal applies in almost all cases.
